Exercise Sessions for the Home

Not everyone can afford, or have the time to get to a gym or a club. So I have put together 10 exercise session that will work around YOUR busy life. You can do this with NO EQUIPMENT however there are a couple of options if you had a 8-16kg KETTLEBELL or 3-5kg DUMBBELLS. 

You choose the workout and I'd advise you to work out 3-5 times a week, depending on your GOALS.
